Role Responsibilities - Lead and supervise audit teams, ensuring smooth on-site delivery and team coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and audit managers
- Prepare audit files in accordance with audit standards and firm processes
- Perform technical audit work and problem-solving, using commercial awareness to add value
- Support and coach junior team members, contributing to their development
- Take initiative when handling complex technical matters, offering confident, tailored solutions

Required Skills - ACA/ACCA qualification (or working towards final exams)
- Previous experience in a similar audit role within a practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues
- Proven leadership skills and ability to supervise junior staff
- Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering excellent service
