  • Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.
  • Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting.

  • Team Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Organisational Skills: The ability to manage room planning and ensure high standards of care and education.
