Property Manager (or Assistant stepping up) - Putney (hybrid) - up to £42k

We’re working with a long established firm of Chartered Surveyors providing wide ranging property consultancy services across Prime SW and Central London.

Within their Block Management team, they now seek an intermediate level Property Manager (which may suit an Assistant Property Manager Stepping up) as follows:

• 1-3 years direct and committed Property Management experience (professional qualifications beneficial but not essential - can be supported in post)
• Reporting in to a SW London office base, working from home 2-3 days per week if desired (once settled)
• Managing a Central & SW London portfolio of mixed blocks, all in good order and long held
• Undertaking the full range of duties (with support where needed), from budgets to insurance, repairs, major works and inspection
• Clientele are cooperative and knowledgeable, so your approach should be quality led, accountable and communicative at all times
• Starting salary up to £42k depending on experience and qualification
