Our client, a highly successful and independently owned Estate Agency, is looking for two dynamic Sales Negotiators to join their close-knit team in the vibrant Herne Hill area. The successful Sales Negotiator’s will be offered:

  • £22,000 basic salary

  • Realistic overall package between £68,600-£80,600

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the success of the branch, working with a team that values excellence and customer satisfaction:

  • Managing and scheduling property valuations, building strong client relationships from day one
  • Negotiating offers effectively to secure the best possible deals for buyers and sellers
  • Conducting property viewings and driving sales through outstanding customer service
  • Registering potential buyers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right properties
  • Promoting new properties, ensuring all listings are communicated to the right audience
