Vacancy - Sales Design Consultant

Location - Kings Cross, North London

Industry - Bathroom Sales

Hours - Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (1 lieu day) Saturday 9am-4pm

Salary - Circa up to £33,000 depending on experience, commission and bonus opportunities based on performance.

Our client is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Design Consultants for their showroom based in the Kings Cross area.

You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect products for their bathroom projects, designing, and creating mood boards & presentations and providing expert advice.

Responsibilities:

* Greet customers as they enter the showroom and engage them in friendly conversation to understand their needs and preferences.

* Provide expert product knowledge and advice on bathroom fixtures, fittings, and accessories, guiding customers through our luxury newly refurbished showroom.

* Preparing quotes, and designs using Virtual Worlds - creating presentations and mood boards to accompany quotes prepared.

* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

* Follow up/Chase pipeline of customers to ensure satisfaction with their design and quotes and address any concerns or questions.

* Maintain a clean and organised showroom environment.

* Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to better assist customers and drive sales.

* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

* Participate in promotional events, product launches, and showroom activities to drive traffic and increase sales opportunities.

Experience:

* Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the home improvement or interior design industry. Full training can be provided.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding customer service.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Knowledge of bathroom fixtures, fittings, and accessories are preferred but not required; a willingness to learn and stay updated on product knowledge is essential.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Basic computer skills - use of PowerPoint, excel and word is ideal.

* A passion for interior design, home improvement, or related fields is desirable.
