Are you a compassionate and dedicated professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our children's home in Stanford-le-Hope, providing high-quality care and support to young people in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: ?? Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home?? Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with regulations?? Lead, mentor, and support staff to deliver outstanding care?? Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs?? Promote a safe, positive, and therapeutic environment for children and young people
Requirements: ? Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) - Essential? Full UK driving licence - Essential? Experience in a residential children's home setting? Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills? Passion for making a difference in young people's lives
