Anderson Knight is recruiting an Administrator on behalf of a well-established company based in North Lanarkshire, recognised as a leader in its field.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee smooth branch operations, collaborate with the regional team, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Typically, you will be working Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 18:30-16:00.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into the Business Management System for all revenue streams.

• Share information effectively and participate actively in team meetings.

• Uphold safe working practices and quality standards.

• Participate in monthly financial reviews to ensure timely invoice processing and cost recovery.

• Create and manage purchase and work orders in line with company policies.

• Analyse the Business Management System to generate reports and promptly resolve any issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Respond to customer inquiries efficiently, escalating when needed.

• Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.

• Manage company documentation to meet customer needs.

• Work effectively with customer systems.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.

• Experience in administration or customer service is essential.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Ability to manage a diverse workload across multiple stakeholders.

• A proactive, initiative-taking mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Strong customer relationship management skills.
