Reed Financial Services are looking for a Wealth Management Executive to lead and oversee administrative support within a leading Financial Planning institution. This role is pivotal in maintaining and growing business relationships with current clients and assisting in onboarding new clients. The successful candidate will support the Practice in advising clients on financial strategies, plans, and products, and will organise technical tasks, illustrations, and reports.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Oversee the administration team, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Handle complex queries and manage case tracking for timely updates on the Practice’s work.
  • Offer high-level technical and administrative support to the Practice.
  • Conduct quality checks on client files and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Coordinate pre-meeting preparations, post-meeting follow-ups, and maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate training for team members and manage advisor expectations.
  • Handle incoming calls and greet clients and visitors professionally.
  • Run reports and illustrations, collating key data for client meetings.
  • Liaise with administrative centres regarding complex queries and transactions.
  • Oversee application processing and the letter of authority process.
  • Research and analyse clients’ requirements to support advisers.
  • Prepare new business files and maintain client records throughout the advice process.
  • Address queries from clients and other parties with effective communication.
  • Prepare client meeting files, including compliance documentation.
  • Develop financial planning solutions and construct supporting reports and models.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous management experience or strong operations background at a supervisory level.
  • Experience in an office support role in financial services or a related sector.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm to help clients.
