Role: Registered Manager (Mental Health)
Location: North London
Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience)
Are you a CQC Registered Manager looking for brilliant new opportunity? An established Mental Health service is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join their brilliant team.
Main duties:
* As a Registered Manager you must demonstrate leadership and management of the service
* Supervise, empower and inspire the team to ensure positive outcomes for the patients.
* Take charge of the regular communication with residents, relatives, external professionals and Directors.
* Manage financial budgets to ensure revenue and income targets are must.
Requirements:
* Hold a relevant RMN (Mental Health) qualifications and valid registration with no restrictions.
* Be an inspirational Leader.
* Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with people at all levels.
* Have experience risk assessing and care planning.
* Working knowledge of the NHS and Independent Healthcare sectors.
