Then this is the role for you! We are looking for an experienced Office Supervisor to work at a brand new site. This is a full time role fully office based working for a small but rapidly growing business. You will be working Monday-Friday 8.30AM-5PM carrying out general admin duties, managing orders and helping to grow an office team.

• Responding to emails
• Processing incoming orders
• Speaking to customers
• Some accounts duties
• General Customer Service
• Answering incoming phone calls

But what experience do I need?

• You MUST have office supervision experience
• You MUST have AT LEAST 3 years Administrative experience
• Fully computer literate
• You MUST be able to start ASAP
• MUST be local to Rugby
