CONTRACTS MANAGER WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION IN ESSEX

Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: Loughton, Essex                

Salary package: Up to £55k Per annum + £6k Car Allowance

Summary of Contracts manager role:

Social housing contractor in the Loughton area are currently looking for an experienced contracts manager with social housing experience. We are looking for a candidate that has experience of managing contracts, overseeing direct labour and supply chain models and implementing efficiencies. Our ideal candidate will already be a Contract Manager managing a repairs delivery model up. Experience in Housing is preferred but not essential.

Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners. 

Requirements for Contracts manager role:

5 Years' experience working for a maintenance/main contractor

Leadership experience

Good data interrogation skills

Valid driving licence

Competent use in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers

Excellent client engagement skills

Excellent Health and Safety Awareness

Excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance from your team of staff
