We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our clients team for an exciting commercial site project in Coventry. If you have a strong background in electrical project management, RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and commercial refit and refurbishment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence
* Lead and manage the electrical scope of work on a large commercial site
* Develop and review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
* Coordinate with other trades, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
* Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and resolve any issues or delays
* Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
* Maintain strong client relationships and communicate project status regularly
* Manage project financials, including cost tracking and reporting
Essential Qualifications:
* ECS card
* SMSTS
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally in commercial refit and refurbishment
* Strong understanding of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
* In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience with managing large-scale commercial projects
* Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
