Hours: Days, Monday to Friday

Salary: up to £55k (DOE)

Location: Coventry

My client is seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure efficiency in our production operations.

Duties
- Manage and coordinate production activities
- Implement and maintain supply chain systems
- Streamline business processes to enhance productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes
- Oversee the assembly of products ensuring quality control standards are met

Requirements

- Experience within sheet metal/fabrication - essential
- Understanding of business processes in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to drive continuous improvement in production operations
