What you'll do:
As a Senior Investment Reporting Analyst, your role will be pivotal in ensuring efficient and accurate reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of data integrity and transparency across all investor and external reports. Your strong accounting knowledge will be utilised to interpret complex financial statements. You will also prepare, review, and present financial information to various stakeholders. Your ability to conduct detailed analysis of portfolio performance will be key in this role. Furthermore, you will produce well-structured reports for key investors while working collaboratively with the Analyst to improve efficiency in reporting.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all investor and external reportingApply strong accounting knowledge to interpret and analyse financial statementsPrepare, review, and present financial and commercial information to external stakeholdersConduct detailed analysis of portfolio performance, investment metrics, and commercial performanceProduce clear reports for key investors and third partiesWork collaboratively with the Analyst to uphold efficiency in reportingSupport the Senior Manager in drafting strategic narratives on performanceDevelop, refine, and manage investor reporting templatesDrive improvements in reporting processesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely data collection
What you bring:
As a Senior Investment Reporting Analyst, you bring a wealth of experience and skills to the table. You are a qualified Chartered Accountant with a solid foundation in financial analysis and reporting. Your hands-on expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting ensures data accuracy and strategic decision-making support. Your advanced financial analysis skills are complemented by your proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools. Your strong stakeholder management abilities and experience working cross-functionally across finance teams make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a strong foundation in financial analysis and reporting3+ years of experience in investor relations or real estate FP&AHands-on expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecastingAdvanced financial analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting toolsStrong stakeholder management abilities with experience working cross-functionally across finance teamsExceptional ability to distill complex financial data into clear insights that drive decision-making
