CONVEYANCING PARALEGALCHELMSFORD, ESSEX£23K - £30KQED Legal are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their client's reputable law firm based in Chelmsofrd, Essex on full time basis. The ideal candidate will have min 1 yr experience directly assisting a fee earner or multiple fee earners within a Residential Conveyancing department.You will be experienced of SDLT Returns and Land Registry, as well as assisting on general leasehold, freehold matters. If possible, some new build experience is desirable. You must have good telephone manners, can provide administrative support, and efficient general office skills.
