Our client is a leading manufacturer in Lightweight Roofing for the building industry and is offering an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer looking on a permanent basis to start or further their career in the heart of the Black Country area!Annual Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 (DOE)Weekly Hours: Mon - Fri: 8am to 4pmDuties of the Maintenance Fitter:

• Sourcing & repairing power presses, milling/turning machines
• Help with upkeep of the building when required
• Fault finding and problem solving
• Planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
• Keep an accurate log of all work carried out

Experience & Skills:

• At least 5 years experience Mechanical Fitting or similar environment
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Maintenance
• 17th or !8th Edition in Electrical skills preferred but not essential
• Willing to learn new skills
• Self-initiative
• Strong communication in a team
