Freelance Building Services Manager required for a 6 month contract working on 2 exciting projects in Nottingham and Sheffield You will coordinate your time on 2 projects coordinating the MEP Services

You will be responsible for

Coordinating the M&E Installation
MEP design reviews and working with design consultants
Pre-Construction
Attending all site and client meetings
Managing the progress and programme of the project's delivery in particular M&E.
Full management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant agencies
Health and Safety input and supervision
