Are you an experienced Project Manager with new build residential development experience?

We are looking to recruit a Project Manager for our client, a market leading residential developer/main contractor on a permanent basis, who offer a wide-ranging portfolio of residential and commercial builds and bespoke developments to the market.

Working on large scale residential developments across Scotland with some developments valued up to £20m, you will be responsible for overseeing these projects in their entirety. You will lead, and positively manage a large site team of multi trades to drive projects forward and ensure that the quality of build is of the highest standard. You will be able to hit the ground running and have confidence in your decision-making abilities and also be a positive leader that can help influence staff on site and enhance productivity.

My client is looking for someone with a demonstrable history of delivering large scale, new build residential or commercial developments across either the private or social sectors with a keen eye for delivering high quality finishes.

The successful candidate must possess/be able to demonstrate:

Clear evidence of delivering large residential projects
Excellent technical knowledge in construction
Ability to delegate where necessary
Be a self-starter and proactive approach to work
CSCS
First Aid
