The Role

As an IT Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting IT operations. Your responsibilities will ensure that IT systems and equipment function efficiently, providing a seamless experience for users across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and verify new IT equipment upon arrival.
• Configure and install new hardware and software as required.
• Replenish IT consumables across various UKME locations.
• Maintain stock levels of IT consumables to ensure availability.
• Set up mobile phones and peripheral devices for users.
• Provide first-line support by working on the IT Service Desk when needed.
• Deliver and set up IT equipment at different sites as required.
• Represent the IT & Communications Department on client sites.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a professional with:

• Working knowledge of basic IT principles (Essential).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office solutions (Essential).
• Understanding of computer hardware (Essential).
• Ability to research hardware and software issues (Essential).
• Ability to present solutions in user-friendly language (Essential).
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision (Essential).
