Roka is looking for a Head Pastry Chef - London to join the team to manage our four London sites. With restaurants based in Charlotte Street, Mayfair, Aldwych and Canary Wharf. This exciting role will lead the pastry teams across our portfolio, ensuring the high standards of Roka are delivered consistency. You will be a motivational leader who is passionate about developing teams and leading from the front.

What you will do:

• Oversee daily operations of the pastry sections in all London locations for the group, managing and mentoring the pastry teams
• Ensure consistency in quality across all restaurants
• Recruit, train and mentor pastry teams in each location
• Work closely with the Group Head of Pastry & location head chefs to align pastry offerings & standards

Some of the things that will help you to be successful:

• 2 years experience as a head pastry chef or senior pastry sous chef
• Previous experience in Japanese cuisine advantageous
• Strong & motivational management experience
• Ability & flexibility to travel
