Assembly Electrical Team Leader

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong leadership skills? Do you thrive in a hands-on role where you can guide a team and optimize production?

We're looking for an Assembly Electrical Team Leader to support the Assembly Shop Manager in a fast-paced, high-quality manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the Assembly Shop team in daily operations
Ensure machine builds meet quality, time, and cost constraints
Provide technical assistance and oversee work distribution
Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers & engineering teams
Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including safe electrical connections
Identify training needs and develop team members
Qualifications & Experience:

VQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (HNC is a plus!)
BS#removed#th Edition Wiring Regulations
Hands-on experience in panel building, reading electrical drawings, and functional testing
Strong problem-solving & leadership skills

Team Structure: 1 Qualified Electrician + 2 Apprentices
