About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to provide 1:1 support to a child with behavioural difficulties in a welcoming and inclusive school in Tower Hamlets. Your role will be vital in helping the child develop emotional regulation, confidence, and positive behaviour strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Providing 1:1 support to a child with behavioural challenges
✔ Implementing behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques
✔ Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional resilience
✔ Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
✔ Helping the child engage with learning in a structured and supportive manner

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Experience working with children with behavioural needs (preferred but not essential)
🔹 Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach
🔹 Ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model
🔹 Resilience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
🔹 A passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing
