IT Support Analyst - London / Wembley - £30,000 to £40,000

A large-scale and successful service provider in Wembley, London is urgently seeking a new IT Support Analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for 1st/2nd line IT Support across a broad Microsoft technology stack, working with users remotely and desk side. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in some project work when required.

They need someone with a credible background in IT support, a great customer focus, and the enthusiasm / ambition to develop your career in a growing business.

As the successful candidate you must have:

- Extensive experience of IT Support (remote & desk side), working with the Microsoft technology stack

- A technical background in supporting Office 365, Windows, Networks, Active Directory, desktops etc

- Experience of supporting a broad range of hardware issues including Windows Laptops, Printers and mobile devices

- An excellent customer focus and good communication skills
