My well-known Social Housing, Property Maintenance Client is currently looking to hire experienced Multi Traders (Joinery , Plumbing and/or Plastering Biased).
The Client is currently looking for Multi Traders to complete day to day reactive repairs. In this role, you will be working on tenanted social housing properties, ensuring the maintenance and reactive repair tasks are carried out to a high standard.
Please note operatives will be offered a permanent contract after the 12th week.
After 12 weeks you will receive the following:
* 20 days holiday + bank holiday & 1 week shut down at Christmas.
* Opportunity to enrol into the company's chosen pension scheme.
* Company Van & Fuel card
Operatives will be paid weekly, one week in arrears
Requirements:
* Driving License (Up to 6 points is allowed)
* Able to carry out : Plumbing, Joinery, Tiling, Plastering.
* Social Housing experience
* NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent
* Passport/Right to Work
* Clean DBS Certificate
