The Company:

A leading manufacturer with over four decades of excellence in the industry is seeking a Process Improvement Technician to join their dedicated team. Working Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

* Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

* 37.5 hours per week

Job Description:

As a Process Improvement Technician, you'll play a key role in driving efficiency and performance across production operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be trained in time study methodologies while working hands-on across various manufacturing processes to gain an in-depth understanding of equipment and operations.

Once trained, your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting time studies and establishing standard minute values.

* Performing method studies and identifying improvements.

* Enhancing labour effectiveness, process layouts, and workflows.

* Supporting new product development and cost-reduction initiatives.

* Designing and improving recording systems within your area of responsibility.

* Producing detailed reports to support continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience:

* A-Level education or NVQ Level 3.

* 3-5+ years' experience working in manufacturing or production environments.

* Experience of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes.
