This is a great chance for a Level 2 / 3  childcare qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a lovely setting with a real family feel in the Marlow area. As a Nursery Practitioner you will support the design and delivery room activities in line with EYFS principles. You would be part of a highly trained team, who encourage the children to get involved in imaginative play and real-world play to help them grow and develop.

Responsibilities:

The Nursery Practitioner builds positive partnerships with parents and carers with thorough handovers on daily collection
Provide stimulating experiences for the children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development, and create a nurturing environment with all required resources available to the children
Understand and implement the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS
Regularly review and follow children's care plans for any medical needs or dietary requirements
Observe, support and extend children's development, update children's learning journals with accuracy and detail
Embrace a culture of self-evaluation and continual improvement with ongoing learning and upskillingKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Hold a full and relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification
Experience of working in a childcare setting
Have experience of working within Early Years and have knowledge of the framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English
Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate will be required
