We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join a vibrant and supportive Primary School in Camden. This is a full-time position, offered through an agency, where you will play a crucial role in nurturing and supporting the development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with class teachers to plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.
Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Provide targeted support for children with additional needs, including leading small group interventions.
Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, sharing information about children's progress and well-being.
Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.Requirements

A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred).
Proven experience working in an Early Years setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different environments and work effectively as part of a team.
A current enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.Benefits
