As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for classes of 5-10 students with the help of classroom support assistants and on sit professionals. The day to day of an SEN Teacher will include creating a safe learning environment and positive, engaging lesson plans for all students. Each student will have varying individual needs and learning styles, meaning you will create tailored lesson plans and modified tasks as needed.

The role includes assessing students' individual progress, identify areas of improvement and adapt as necessary. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial part In building students' life skills and independence.
