Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the needs of all students, ensuring alignment with the National Curriculum.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn.

• Monitor and assess students' progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.

• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any concerns.

• Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and school leadership to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to education.

• Be flexible and adaptable, as you may be required to teach across different year groups or cover other classes when needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience as a Primary School Teacher, preferably within the UK education system
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
