SALARY: Up to £25,000 DOE

LOCATION: Coventry (Office Based)

THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading manufacturer, based in Coventry, who are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global business that have been well established for over 70 years.

Supplying to some of the world’s most popular restaurant chains, my client is the market leader in their sector.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have previous administration experience within a busy HR department.

Experience within the manufacturing industry is desirable, but not essential.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Supporting with incoming queries including payroll and ER issues.
  • Inputting new starters/leavers and processing contract amendments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee annual leave across all departments.
  • Generating and analysing reports on absence data.
  • Supporting with the recruitment process by placing adverts, logging applications and sitting in on interviews.
  • Ensuring all payroll activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • General administrative tasks across the HR department.
