Job Title: Security Service & Maintenance Engineer

Location: Easily accessible to the M11 - Cambridge

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000+ (depending on experience with specific systems)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.

* Carry out routine maintenance and respond to emergency call-outs as needed.

* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

* Ensure all work adheres to industry regulations and standards.

* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

* Accurately document work completed and materials used.

Requirements:

* Proven experience with security systems, particularly CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.

* Experience with systems like C-cure, Genetec, Gallagher, and Lenel is an advantage but not essential.

* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication skills.

* Valid UK driver's license.

* Willingness to participate in a call-out rota (1 in 12 weeks), with £400 weekly compensation for being on call and £100 per call-out.
