The newly created role of Operations Manager will play a crucial part in ensuring their manufacturing excellence, innovation and continuous improvement activities continue to deliver customer delight.

The Key Accountabilities include :

* Leading and motivating the operations team to meet their targets.

* Driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.

* Collaborating with the senior team and your peers to ensure all operational outputs are of the highest standard and linked to the strategy and business objectives.

* Driving a customer focus culture, putting internal and external customers at the heart of all actions and decisions.

* Managing resources, production schedules and KPI's to optimise efficiencies.

About You :

* You are an experienced Operational Leader within manufacturing.

* You have experience of leading lean manufacturing or continuous improvement activities.

* You are ambitious and focused on your own and your team's development.

* You are a leader who is passionate about creating a culture of high performance and success.

* You know how to communicate effectively across the organisation, engaging others and working collaboratively to deliver wins for the business.
