About the Role: We are representing a reputable accountancy practice based in Braintree, looking for a talented and ambitious Accounts & Audit Semi Senior to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements.
• Preparing financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP.
• Working on a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors.
• Assisting in the training and development of junior staff.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Part-qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years' experience in audit and accountancy within a practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
