Location: Bloomsbury, London

Hours: 35 hours per week; hybrid 2-3 days per week in the office

Are you passionate about contributing to the success of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to its members? We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our team, providing essential support to our Director of Strategic Communications and Membership, as well as our Director of Corporate Affairs and Packaging, along with the wider membership, communication and digital team.

Key responsibilities for the Team Administrator

Director

  • Diary management for both directors
  • Arranging internal / external meetings and room bookings
  • Travel arrangements 
  • Expenses and invoice processing
  • Email inbox management
  • Answer and direct phone calls & emails

Team

  • Meeting admin- including room bookings, minutes and event support
  • Monitor and manage team generic inboxes
  • Support the admin for the FDF strategic organisational grid
  • Seasonal admin support for membership renewals, processing, and fortnightly finance meetings
  • Provide admin support for the development programme for the FDF website

Requirements for the Team Administrator

  • Experience working in a similar administrative role would be desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • People skills
  • Good Microsoft office skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Commitment to personal development
  • Time management and administrative skills, meeting deadlines.
