Reed are representing a Gloucestershire based client for a customer service assistant to assist their customer service team on a temporary basis starting immediately with the view that it could go permanent.

Location: Gloucestershire 

Due to the location access to a vehicle is necessary 

Pay rate: £11.50-£12.50

Contract Type: Temporary for 2 months and could go permanent

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday- 8.30am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

You will get exposure to and involved in the following processes-

• Assisting customer queries
• Updating Records
• Communicating with customers about their orders
• Reporting technical advice to the wider team

Qualifications and Experience:

• Administration or customer service experience
• Great communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
