The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience in a 360 or 180 recruitment role

* Experience recruiting for either temporary and/or permanent roles

* Great verbal and written communication skills

* The ability to prioritise and manage work loads well

* The willingness to learn and develop your own skills!

Responsibilities include:

* To be able to confidently generate and close new sales opportunities

* Sourcing the best candidates in the market for your clients

* Providing the highest levels of customer services to your candidate pool

* Maintaining and building relationships with new and existing customers

* To understand your client's business fully and be able to provide a company overview to potential candidates

* Advise and set expectations dependent on the role, job specification and offering

* Managing the full recruitment process from beginning to end
