Constructive Moves are recruiting for a Site Manager for a busy region of this PLC developer who are recognised for constructing traditional housing schemes across desirable locations.

It is essential that you have had experience of NHBC building regulations and have managed large housing schemes of traditional and timber frame build.

You will be responsible for the smooth delivery of the project from inception to completion. Coordinating labour, materials and resources on site and approving payments to trades and contractors. Managing quality control procedures and inspections as and when required as well as monitoring the planning and programming to ensure the build process is on track for the assigned deadline.
