Title: Payroll Manager Location: Wokingham - HybridSalary: £65-75,000 + Bonus  Did you want to work as a Payroll Manager for a large payroll services firm that offers you hybrid working, great career progression opportunities, and strong staff benefits for a competitive salary of £75,000.  This role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.  Responsibilities:
• Manage the payroll operations team, setting objectives and performance targets
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to ensure efficient payroll operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation
• Monitor and analyse payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Provide support and advice to employees and managers on all payroll related matters
• Monitor payroll performance and implement improvement plans where necessary
• Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems  Skills They Look For:
• Proven experience in a similar role within an Accountancy firm
• Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
