We are delighted to be working with this Romford based law firm. They are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.Salary: £40,000 - £45,000Typical duties include:

• Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property
• Dealing with lease extensions
• Re-mortgages
• New build, shared ownership and help to buy matters
• Transfers of equity
• Business development

Candidate specification:

• Experience working within Conveyancing
• Qualified as a Solicitor or England and Wales
• Team player
• Well organised
• Ability to go above and beyond for clients
• Ideally have experience in supervising more junior members
