Our Technical team focus on recruitment within P-Way (Permanent Way) and signalling. These crucial sectors form the backbone of railway infrastructure and operations, covering everything from track engineering to safety and signalling systems. In this role, you'll gain a deep understanding of these technical areas, supporting the recruitment needs of clients and helping match skilled candidates to positions that keep the railways safe, efficient, and innovative. This role will allow you to grow specialised knowledge and expertise within P-Way and signalling and open doors of opportunity and progression within our organisation.

Your Role:

As an Administrator, you will be at the heart of our compliance and resourcing activities, ensuring that all processes run efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting Contractor Onboarding: Managing document processing, compliance checks, and registrations via our internal CRM systems.
Ensuring Compliance: Verifying safety records, training certifications, medical fitness, and work eligibility documentation.
Managing Operational Processes: Organising medicals, drug and alcohol testing, and tracking expired documentation.
Database & Record Management: Maintaining accurate records for competency, training, and health & safety compliance.
Providing Administrative Support: Handling telephone and email queries, managing timesheets, issuing PPE, and assisting the wider compliance team.
Flagging Issues: Identifying and resolving operational concerns to ensure smooth business operations.
What We're Looking For:

Strong administrative experience in a professional environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in CRM & compliance systems (training provided).
A proactive and team-oriented approach.
Excellent communication - high level of spoken and written English is essential.
