What You Will Do

Manage day-to-day Sales Orders, invoicing, scheduling, and export documentation for UK and overseas Customer Contracts.
Respond promptly to customer requests for quotes and enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Administer contracts effectively, ensuring clear communication internally and externally.
Provide accurate updates on customer order delivery status and product demand schedules.
Contribute to daily cash reporting and reordering processes.
Handle daily petty cash and support the field sales team in account management.
What You Will Bring

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Office.
A solid understanding of export procedures and processes.
Knowledge of QHSE Legislation and a keen eye for detail.
Proven teamwork abilities and a positive attitude towards work.
NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Business Administration or equivalent experience in an administrative role.
