As a Commercial Assistant, your responsibilities will include….

* Review contracts, track deliverables and ensure compliance with contract obligations

* Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and tender documents, including proofreading

* Support financial analysis, including cost monitoring, profitability analysis, and reports

* Input and upload data into in-house management software, ensuring accuracy

* Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on invoicing and payment terms

* Help to prepare commercial reports, presentations, and communication

We're looking for a Commercial Assistant who has the following skills and experience…

* Experience in a similar role or a background in business, finance, law would be ideal

* Comfortable with data, financial analysis and an eye for numbers

* Excellent written & verbal communication with strong relationship building skills

* An organised person with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proactive, positive, patient and empathetic personality

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team with flexibility & adaptability

In return, the successful Commercial Assistant will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits…
