We are excited to be partnering with a London based Housing Association to recruit for a Rent Finance Officer on a 6-month contract. As a Rent Finance Officer, you will working within an organisation who have an excellent track record of delivering high quality social housing to residents around central London and the home counties.  

This Rent Finance Officer will be responsible for contributing directly to reconciling rent accounts, entering rent receipts and bank reconciliations.

Rate: £22 - £25 per hour (based one experience)

Contract Length: 6 months initially

Job Responsibilities:

• Rent reconciliations between the housing management and finance systems
• Entering rent receipts
• Processing rent charges and repayments
• Preparing the monthly payment schedule

Requirements:

• Experience of working with rent accounting
• Strong system skills including intermediate Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience troubleshooting server issues
