Project Manager - HR Transformation
- £75k base + benefits
- 1-2x per week in London Bridge offices
- Occasional travel to clients around the UK/Europe

Our client is a growing boutique consultancy that specialise in back-office system implementation and transformation. They're looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join their team.
You will be working with their clients on digital transformation projects, mostly around Finance, HR and Payroll solutions, and supporting the company on the odd internal improvement project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of client projects, accountable for overall success of their engagements
- Own the project plan, identifying risks and issues and review dependencies on a regular basis
- Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Ensure workstream leads are delivering effectively, providing guidance when required
- Support the Director with managing project financials and commercial relationships
Required Skills and Experience
- 5-10 years' experience in project delivery/project management
- Finance/HR/Payroll system implementation background
- Client relationship building and management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Ability to travel around Europe without restriction
