Maintenance EngineerUp to £40,000 per annum + Overtime + Excellent BenefitsDAYSHIFT – Mon to Thurs 7:30 – 16:30, Friday 7:30 – 12:30.CheltenhamWe are currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineer at our Cheltenham Manufacturing site, to service and repair all machinery in our Assembly and Test area.  Key Responsibilities:Electrical & Mechanical repair & preventative maintenance of all machinery, electrical equipment & factory services to a high standard in accordance with manufacturers specifications. Mechanical and/or Electrical/electronic fault finding and repair on all production equipmentSupport the Maintenance Team Leader/Sub Section Leader with planning & implementing preventative maintenance schedules & TPM activities.Improve the reliability of machinery & equipment.Fully support the Maintenance Management team, delivery of the departmental strategy and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).Ensure CMMS data is kept up to date.Boiler Operation and Energy Centre Maintenance.Understand and comply with Company Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) practices, identify areas for improvement and support related initiativesUnderstand and comply with the Company Core ValuesFlexible to complete other duties when requiredDevelop and drive your own personal development plan  Experience Required:Recognised Engineering ApprenticeshipEducated to ONC/HNC or equivalent in either Mechanical or Electrical disciplineProven experience within a Maintenance environmentGood interpersonal and communication skillsEffective planner and organiserStrong ability to make logical decisions that will resolve potential problemsPositive with a ‘can do’ attitudeAbility to prioritise own workload to achieve operational and personal targets
