Estimator - Civils

Hunter Mason is representing an leading Construction company that specialises in Civils and Groundwork's. They are looking for an experienced Estimator from a Civil Engineering background to be responsible for pricing tender opportunities.

Duties include:-

* Analysing documentation and client information

* Site appraisals

* Issuing enquiries

* Reviewing and interpreting quotations from subcontractors and suppliers

* Pricing tenders

* Preparing submissions

* Attending client meetings

* Following-up tenders

Desired Skills and Experience:

* A minimum of 5 years experience in civils in the UK, 3 of which as an Estimator with a small/ medium contractor

* Be HNC/HND or degree qualified

* Basic IT skills and experience of Conquest estimating software preferred

* Have a knowledge of standard Conditions of Contract

* Full UK driving licence
