ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Distribution Manager to join a luxury manufacturing family run business on a permanent basis.

The Distribution Manager represents an integral part of the workshop team, providing direction and support in the service delivery of luxury products.

The Role:

Organise and motivate the Distribution team to ensure they work with high efficiency and stay ahead of schedule
Manage the distribution team to ensure orders are delivered to a high standard (product and packaging), safely and on time
Update and manage aspects of the Production Report
Manage in house corporate personalising and engraving schedule
Ensure all workshop shipments are passed on to workshop team for QC and labelling before storing
Record all stock movements; track and control samples including high value and bespoke items e.g., silverware and samples
Perform quarterly stock takes, investigate any differences and report results
