Staff Nurse - RMN/RNLD

Hourly Rate: £18-£22

Full-Time Hours

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client's team. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) you will provide high-quality care to female patients between the ages of 18-65 with complex mental health needs, ensuring their physical and psychological well-being. Qualifications:

• RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) or RNLD (Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse) qualification
• Valid UK NMC registration
• Proven experience in mental health nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and treatment to women with complex mental health needs, including personality disorder, serious and enduring mental illness, co-morbidity, and a history of complex trauma
• Administer medications and monitor their effects
• Develop and review care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Support and educate patients and their families regarding mental health issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
