We are seeking a motivated Trainee / Assistant Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your expertise in key surveying disciplines, with full support towards achieving chartership.

As a Trainee / Assistant Building Surveyor, you will work closely with an experienced team, gaining exposure to a wide range of surveying activities, including:

Dilapidations - Advising landlords and tenants on lease-end repair obligations.

*

Party Wall Matters - Assisting in the preparation of Party Wall Awards and notices.

*

Building Surveys - Conducting condition surveys and preparing reports.

*

Contract Administration - Supporting project delivery and managing refurbishment schemes.

*

Planned Maintenance - Contributing to maintenance strategies and schedules.

The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and experience;

A degree (or equivalent) in Building Surveying or a related field.

*

Some experience in dilapidations, party wall surveys, and general building surveying.

*

Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

*

A proactive and ambitious attitude, with a willingness to learn.

*

A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).

The successful applicant can expect to receive;

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience).
