Senior Estimator

Fawkes & Reece are working with a prominent Civil Engineering contractor based in Preston that is looking for a Senior Estimator to become a permanent member of their Pre-construction team. About the role : Senior Estimator

As the Senior Estimator, you'll be a part of the Civil Engineering Pre-construction team, and report to the Managing Estimator. Working on Primarily Highways and structures projects across the North of England on various multi-Million £ Frameworks.

Project value range c.£500,000 - £15mill.

Responsibilities for Senior Estimator

Analyse and interpret information including appraisal of scheme requirements in terms of construction methods, programme and
Compile a comprehensive net cost estimate for the works, including preliminary
Prepare and present net cost estimate for internal
Timely submission of tender, ensuring that the Clients requirements are met.
Give others an overview of the scheme, highlighting any job specific risks/benefits.
Identify potential risks/benefits.
Convert estimates to Tender

Offer for Senior Estimator

£60,000 - £65,000 p/a
£6100 car allowance
Hybrid working 2 days per week
26 days holiday + Bank holidays
